一处主焦点主观——“以园林中心一处大面积的湖景为全区主焦点景观，湖面水体亦结合地形高差合理安排景观层次，形成滨水、林荫及休闲运动的景观区域。

三条主轴线一主入口大道轴线，次入口大道轴线,会所休闲轴线，三条主轴线景观构成景观序列，流水、拱桥、椰林、喷泉、小品及泳池点缀在万绿丛中，以极具生态感的欧洲姿色与风情园林环境相互融合。

四个独立点——四个组团以情趣各异又相对统一的景景致风格宛如珍珠围线在中心景观区周围，与社区整体景观空间呼应并有机结合。

R & F City Adopts the garden style and life style of Europe in the landscape planning. In accordance with “one focus, three axes, four points”, this program will transmit the beauty by the garden concept.

One focus — the center of the lake is focused in the garden, and create a recreational area.

Three axes – the axes of main entrance, secondary entrance and the clubs composing a landscape series. Running water, the arch bridge, fountains, which interspersed by the green leaves, will exhibit the European sense and the feeling of garden.

Four points – Four different groups encircle the main landscape area and hang together with the whole space of the community’s landscape.
