富力又一城项目位于北京东南五环外，南面隔30米绿化带与萧太后河相望，北面有大柳树沟擦肩而过，西侧紧邻万亩大型生态园林。

项目整体规模100多万平方米，被城市规划路划分为三个区块。每个区块中间都设计有大型岭南风情园林，这三块大型的园林从东到西形成一条飘荡起伏、丰富多彩的景观带。步移景异的空间布局将几十栋风格明快的建筑串联起来，尤如碧波上的点点珍珠。园林中精致典雅的小品，雕塑、浅水、喷泉，将岭南风格特征的温馨生活尽情阐释。

The project is out of the southeast Wuhuan, the south is 30-meters-green belts across the XiaotaihouRiver, the north is a large willow, and a large-scale ecological landscape is in the west side.

Covering a million square meters in the project, it was divided into three blocks by the Town Planning Road. Each block design are among a large Lingnan style garden, three large garden become a floating and varied landscape from the east to the west. Walking though  the dozens of simple construction like the little pearl in the wave. Refined and elegant gardens, such as the Pieces, sculpture, shallow water, fountains, will explain the characteristics of the Lingnan style roundly.
